Tom At Work 2Our gourmet granola was perfected out of a make shift laboratory at our founders home, mysteriously named "The Kitchen". It contains plump raisins, premium oats, large almonds and walnuts, sunflower seeds, honey, molasses, Indonesian korintje cinnamon, and Madagascar bourbon vanilla. After many frustrating months of experimentation, Our founder succeeded in his nutty goal: to produce the best granolas on this planet.

In 1996 the our gourmet granola was introduced to the world. We named it Nutty Mountain Madness. Initially, production continued in "The Kitchen". But After only a few months, the granola cereal became so popular that our founder quit his job, formed Reward Specialty Foods, rented a small factory, and started to produce Nutty Mountain Madness full time.

All of this nuttiness is a result of hard work. Careful selection of only the highest quality ingredients make up half of Professor Padrick's successful formula. Preparation is equally important.

The secret is slow baking and hand turning the granola to produce crisp texture, rich color and heightened flavors. It's a time intensive way to produce product, but it is the only way to control quality. Our dedication is rewarded with increased sales and a recent award by the National Association For The Specialty Food Trade.
