Pricing
We offer you consistently low prices on every item in our store. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We do not have a currency converter in our store, however there are several Web sites that provide this service.
We do not have a price-matching policy at this time, but we do offer additional discounts on large orders of a single product or on large orders of many individual products. Please us for information.
We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order, but please note that we do NOT charge your credit card until your order enters the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, sometimes an item in our catalog are mispriced. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our shipping procedures.
- If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
- If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Shipping
Shipping and handling charges are per shipping address. Ground service, via truck, in the continental United States only. Monday - Friday delivery. We must have a U.S. street address. No Post Office addresses, please.
Alaska Puerto Rico, Quam and Hawaii Delivery: Via priority mail: Monday - Friday delivery. Allow four additional days for delivery. Add $10.00 per address to the standard delivery charge. Express Delivery Service: Please call for pricing..

Europe: Via priority mail: Monday - Friday delivery. Allow five additional days for delivery. Shipping charges are estimates due to DHL shipping policy. Also, custom charges may apply. If shipping cost varies greatly from estimate, we will contact you before charging your order to your credit card.
Other: Africa, Asia, Australia and Middle-East, South-America, West Indies: Via priority mail: Monday - Friday delivery. Allow five additional days for delivery. Shipping charges are estimates. Oversized and extremely heavy items may require a special surcharge. The surcharge varies depending on the size and weight of the item.
